For this simple salad you just have to place the lettuce, Dulse seaweed and nuts in a bowl. Then, for the vinaigrette, mix the rest of the ingredients, and once ready, add a little to the salad.
Nori Seaweed Cones
- 2 sheets of nori seaweed.
- 200 grams of cooked brown rice.
- Watercress cut.
- Grated carrot.
- 1 spoonful of natural mustard.
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- Some twigs of the grass of your preference, to decorate.
Start by toasting the leaves of Nori. To do this, hold them with the bright side up, about 25 centimeters away from the flame. You will know that it is already well roasted when you acquire a bright green hue. On the other hand, each leaf must be cut into 4 pieces after being toasted. Now, with each piece of the Nori leaf you should make a cone, to which you will stick the salient corners with a drop of water. To continue, repeat the procedure with the other pieces, covering the initial cone. That is, you will have a cone with 4 layers. In a bowl mix the other ingredients. And finally, place the mixed rice inside the cones.
Recipe with Seaweed Agar-Agar
Among the recipes with seaweed, we give you the one that carries Agar-Agar. With this seaweed you can make a jelly, and get the same consistency as with the gelatin that comes from animals.
- 4 teaspoons of Agar-Agar powder.
- 500 ml of water.
- 250 ml of pineapple juice
- 28 gr of sweetener.
- Chopped fruits of your preference.
First, boil the water and add the Agar-Agar and the sweetener. Then, remove from the heat and once it has cooled add the pineapple juice. Meanwhile, peel and cut the fruits to put in a bowl. Next, add the previous liquid covering the fruits generously. Finally, put the bowl in the refrigerator until it solidifies.
